The mission of the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition is to raise awareness and promote education about ovarian cancer. The Coalition is committed to improving the survival rate and quality of life for women with ovarian cancer.

The National Ovarian Cancer Coalition - Massachusetts Chapter is an official charity of the 2008 Boston Marathon. To those accepted participants and additional fundraisers, we thank you for your commitment to raise funds for the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition and your participation in the event!
Any runner in the 2008 Boston Marathon with an entry from another source is also welcome to raise funds for the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition.
